What surgeries should i look into i don’t want a rating but want to reach my full potential, had a rhino so far but still swollen for another 9 months

do you have any surgery ideas for my lips, like because im stuck between 3 options

number one (most riskiest) - double jaw surgery which would essentially bring more balance to my mouth
number two (still extremely risky) lateral commisuroplasty which essentially widens the lips but can leave you with bad scars
number three (not too risky) lip filler / lip fat implants
