What surgeries/soft maxxes for my hollows and uee?

Trying to improve my eye area. I was thinking of upper/lower bleph but I am not sure if it would help my case. Maybe fat grafting? I already have pretty thick brows/long lashes so that won't help. My uee only looks bad up close in photos but in the mirror and walking around in videos it looks hooded.

Softmax wise there isnt much u can do.

U can try making ur lashes bigger w latisse/oral minox/ordinary serum and dye to give the illusion for more hooded eyes

Topical minox and brow dye could do some work as well.

Volufeline is realistically proven to work but its effects are limited.

Pretty sure thats like 99% of whats achievable naturally.

If youre still not satisfied w results opt in for fat grafting its
