Let's assume that your front profile picture hasn't been morphed (unlike the side profile pic) and that it is a reliable depiction of your face.
Then, I see 6 significant flaws, which you may or may not correct.

1) thin eyebrows > minoxidil + microneedling ; eyebrow transplant is a shitty surgery and won't benefit you. Your eyebrows are already low set by the way.
2)
close set eyes / low IPD, which messes up your ESR (0.43-0.44) > theoretically, OBO might correct it, but you won't undergo such a hazardous procedure, and the risk to reward ratio would be shit anyway.
3) overly narrow alae > usually, alar plasty is recommended to people with an excessively wide alar base ; you're in the opposite situation, but I guess alar plasty still is the appropriate procedure (expansion instead of reduction). A rhinoplasty might compliment the alar plasty. You will clear that up during in-person consultations with ENT/plastic surgeons.
4) long philtrum / thin upper lip (0.9 midface ratio) > lip lift + lip corner lift
5) obtuse jaw frontal angle (101-103°) > in your case, chin height is ideal as is, so I wouldn't bother altering it ; leaning out might correct part of the issue. Anyway, I wouldn't stress out about it, because it's not a big deal.
6) poor skin quality > will probably sort itself out by the time you turn 20yo ; you can indeed accelerate the process with isotretinoin ; you might benefit from tretinoin/tazarotene/microneedling/CO2 laser afterward, in order to correct any imperfection caused by acne scarring.

Just for fun, here's a morph correcting each of the aforementioned flaws:

Noco

Realistically, you could undergo the alar plasty/rhino and lip lift. Softmaxxing your eyebrows and skin is absolutely reasonable too. And leaning out might tighten your JFA (probably not to the extent shown in the morph above, but still). Just forget about OBO and eyebrow transplant.

The morphed face is arguably one in thousands. Reminiscent of Devon Broughton's.

The morph is like 1 in 50-100k you probably will see the morph only a couple times in your lifetime. Thanks for the advice bro my goal is to become 1 in 1,000,000 but that’s to far fetched
