After doing some morphs and shit i've found my facial structure and features(most of his features aside from slightly bigger nose, nonhunter eyes(GG), and less fwhr) is quite simmilar to that of young barrett(pics relevant)

Other than aging, leanmaxxing, and makeup, what cosmetic procedures would be need to go from ^this to this:
