High htn maybe. Im a greycel tho but u should post this is the looksmax sub so u can reach more high iq users

Realistic option would be implants, both jaw and midface. If your maxilla is narrow you can look for ways to expand it. For real surgeries u can go bimax/ trimax fixing ur gummy smile,mandible,chin, but of course u can look a little dogmaxed.


Guy in the picture got a trimax. Looking at it - mandible got better, but short ramus, high gonial angle throws it off.

So if you get trimax ur gonna look like him so u better add jaw implants.

No your not recessed.

Your convexiety angle it way off, your gonna need mandibular advancement surgery like bimax or trimax.
i'd suggest trimax due to your flat chin aswell but just ask around in the surgery section
