Me at 13 vs now at 21. Mouth breathing was already in the process of fucking up my face at 13 but now it’s obviously much worse. Is it possible to reverse the effects with surgery, and if so, what surgeries should I get?

It’s not that one side grew more forward it’s that one side is continuing to collapse because have no mind muscle connection to the left side of my tongue so I can’t swallow or use it at all. I can feel my left palate slowly getting smaller. I’ll use two images in the same lighting. Is surgery worth it?
