What surgeries would ascend me?

Firstly lose the fat before even considering surgery It'll just make it easier on your surgeon to give you a better result. But from what I can see I'd say:
Bsso because you lower jaw looks too short and it seems like you have an overbite
Maybe Genio if thats not enough
Rhino because of the bulbous nose
Jaw angle and Malar implants couldn't hurt either
And finally fat grafting because of the hollow under eyes

Actually also i don’t really have an overbite because i corrected it but if I love my lower jaw forward my maxilla would be recessed. So maybe bimax

how can we be in the era of easily accessible modern weight loss drugs and you're still fat? tell me, how is this possible? how are you considering invasive surgeries when you don't even have the discipline to lose weight and lean down to a normal BMI?
