I’ve been considering rhinoplasty, would this make a big difference? Is there anything else that may stand out more to you guys?
mogs meWhile necessary, a rhinoplasty will not cut it. Based on those pictures, you will need many other procedures to truly ascend. Namely :
- trimax (bimax + genioplasty)
- jaw angle implants
- maybe a lower lip reduction/retraction, depending where the bimax leaves you
- ptosis repair
- periorbital fat graft
- lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning
- probably CO2 laser or some type of peeling to get rid of acne scars
I can also tell that your hairline & temporal peaks are receded. Unless you were born with these, hopefully you have hair loss under control with adequate medication. Depending on this info and further development, you could consider a forehead reduction surgery in the future.
The good thing is that most of your flaws are clear-cut, so successful surgeries should generate impactful visual improvements.
The bad thing is that your flaws could persist to some extent despite surgical treatment.
