I’ve been considering rhinoplasty, would this make a big difference? Is there anything else that may stand out more to you guys?

While necessary, a rhinoplasty will not cut it. Based on those pictures, you will need many other procedures to truly ascend. Namely :
- trimax (bimax + genioplasty)
- jaw angle implants
- maybe a lower lip reduction/retraction, depending where the bimax leaves you
- ptosis repair
- periorbital fat graft
- lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning
- probably CO2 laser or some type of peeling to get rid of acne scars

I can also tell that your hairline & temporal peaks are receded. Unless you were born with these, hopefully you have hair loss under control with adequate medication. Depending on this info and further development, you could consider a forehead reduction surgery in the future.

The good thing is that most of your flaws are clear-cut, so successful surgeries should generate impactful visual improvements.
The bad thing is that your flaws could persist to some extent despite surgical treatment.

Thank you for your advice. I’ve never gotten any sort of cosmetic surgery yet, since this is a big deal for me, which surgery is the most necessary first in your opinion?
