Been told my upper maxilla’s recessed, I have a normal bite. As a kid I had a tongue tie and was not functionally able to put pressure on upper palate until age 12. If you were me, what surgeries would you get? I know about Lefort 2 and allat but I’ve read that most surgeons will not the risk of Lefort 2 unless extremely deformed, so any other recommendations? I’ve also read that Chico prominently had a recessed upper maxilla, they may be wrong, but is it possible to look good while having a maxilla like mine, and is it extremely recessed?

Rhino + Infra orbital rim implants. You won't get lefort2 but you can expand ur upper palate with MARPE.
