What surgeries would you recommend to gain the jaw appearance below?

My lower third is pretty bad as you can probably tell by the picture. Luckily, I am still developing, and I’ve ordered human growth hormone for height, but it may help develop my face further to where a surgery is not needed. But in the very real possibility that it stays relatively the same, I’d like to know the best procedure to go through.

I don’t know how to morph so I just did it myself by jutting and using my fingers lol. But yeah, I want a taller mandible as well as flared onions to give me that square jaw look. I was thinking bimax+genio+gonial implants but it’s decently pricey and has more risks attached. The second option is a wraparound jaw implant, but it can end up looking uncanny when you flex your masseters, ive heard.

Please leave your thoughts below, any help is appreciated.

Thank you, hopefully filler will be viable as my jaw grows and develops through puberty, but if it stays the same, I think that’s too much filler lol
