lost 5 kg and dyed my eyebrows since frontal pic.
dentist told me I probably have bruxism, I don't clench during the day but probably during my sleep.
Under eye region is much worse irl than in these pics.
Is it worth it to get some things done before my infra-malar implants?

I was thinking infra-malar peek implants + fat graft and levatorplasty (for ptosis), but will this be enough?

Get very lean - suits wider FWHR, Lower the masseter volume a bit with botox. Augment cheebones with implants, And then live a good life as a HTN.

Thx, I was thinking masseter botox too, at least I quit clenching during the day. Getting a night brace soon too (today my dentist said I have bruxism cuz he saw I am wearing down my teeth. What about Ptosis surgery for the droopy eyelids? It’s only 1k in the Netherlands.

I am very excited about masseter botox, it’s gonna change my face a lot. Should I get it every 4 months?

Im not too sure about specifics, but go for minimum effective dose, if u do too much u will have a bigger problem on ur hands, narrow looking jaw

And what about a rhinoplasty? Widening the mouth without scarring is impossible

And what about a rhinoplasty? Widening the mouth without scarring is impossible

Try hyrdrocortisone topical first, and getting leaner. Mine looks way slimmer when im lean.

Started using that yesterday, it’s crazy expensive in The Netherlands, luckily I didn’t pay for it myself.

Yeah, I am glad I have a decent base to surgerymax from.
