You need facial height, esp the lower third. A genio is not what will improve your face, cause the chin is a minor problem.

A lefort downgrafting i.e upper jaw surgery and likely lower, so bimax.

Mine looks very short like yours when I bite down, so you gotta get maxillary downgrafting.

At least your chin is protruding, mine is recessed and ultra shit, so you lucked out.

Don't take the morph as an absolute, it's just a rough idea. Your midface usually does not change with posterior downgrafting.
