Make my tip of nose higher? Move the teeth backward? Make my ramus longer?

Not much, with a flat maxxila it's pretty much over if you don't hardmaxx. Idk try some cope methods to reduce your cortisol

Not much, with a flat maxxila it's pretty much over if you don't hardmaxx. Idk try some cope methods to reduce your cortisol
