I know the main problem is my recessed ahh itadakimasu maxilla but how can I fraud it with other surgery?
Make my tip of nose higher? Move the teeth backward? Make my ramus longer?

But again I don’t think djs is worth it for you I’m guessing you’re about 20 and you would waste years of your life even though you are already attractive and the outcome isn’t that predictable ofc you can benefit from it sure but you can also worsen your appearance and therefor just not worth it in your case IMO
