What surgery could fix this?

I was editing how i would look like after my nose job, but then I noticed how I would like for my nostril base to be more projected. I was wondering is there any surgery that does this?
Is it really a recessed maxilla and only something a le fort 1 can fix?
Or can i fix it by for example using fat grafting in that area and a nose job that somehow makes my nosestril end sooner.

All i did was push where the arrow is forward for that part btw. But i also edited a nose job.

Any help is appreciated!!
