I am ltn short and horrid side profile i and thinking of doing rhinoplasty and canthoplasty is it a good idea? and what else do i add

Add bimax in it , goated surgery if the surgeon is good, u can get rhino and canthoplasty after it ,main goal should be to get a Bimal
