They're a ripoff when you're getting them for 500$+ per ml, but once you learn how to DIY it and source it yourself its a pretty decent alternative (30$/ml, you'll only ever need 3-5ml per area if its really bad).

Only areas where I don't recommend DIYing filler are undereyes since theres lots of arteries which if blocked can lead to blindness. but for the rest you're pretty good.

Buccal fat is almost never neccesary, realistically fat dissolvers like aqualyx will get the job done for significantly cheaper.

"moving around your face" is migration, or at least i'm assuming thats what you mean.

And the migration rates are usually really low for filler, (1-2%), which means that you won't see any noticeable changes in your face bloating until you've injected an insane amount.

On top of this, chin filler doesn't migrate as much as filler in other areas of your face, since gravitationally speaking it doesn't have anywhere to go except for downwards, and your chin is (or should be) the lowest point on your face
