look into sliding genio, I saw a guy who did this recently? on here and you can find his thread as well, he had an EXTREMELY similar mandible to yours

if I was in your shoes I would get a sliding genio in the summer before college

it’ll ascend you 1PSL instantly, your entire life would change, literally easiest hardmax of all time as well, honestly if you don’t get the surgery you’re just trolling cuz it’s so easy and right there in front of your face, no pun intended

just my opinion btw u might have other functional issues

i think u need ccw rotation your jaw looks down grown not sure tho
