I have bad nose zygos maxilla and jaw. What surgery i need to do? Help me im kv and i cant make this up if i remain kv for more years

Yeah I think your nose and lips is your biggest failo tho like noticabvley so could easily be 4.75- 5psl with rhino lip reduction and the jaw surgeries
