Basic rhinoplasty should do it, just morph your nose with a model on FaceApp and then tell the surgeon "this is what I'm looking for". Only go with surgeons that only do noses, never with jack-of-all-trades surgeons, that's just asking to get botched.

I had almost the same failo (except in white), droopy nose tip was fixed, surgeon said he removed about half of the cartilage. Still failoed by it half a year late because of swelling but oh well.
