What surgery do i need to shorten ramus?

Basically the right side of my face has a very long ramus compared to the other side which make my side look blocky and ugly compared to my left side which is higher up and normal looking.

And before you say its angles, it is most definitely not because no matter the angle i take a picture from it looks the same.

But the side with the shorter ramus looks way better than the one with a longer ramus, it also make my face really unsymmetrical from the front because on one side it looks like a have a fat double chin on just one side of my face because of how low down it is.

It’s not your ramus lenght. Put your finger under your ramus and see if one of them curves more inward than the other.

There is legit proof of one side of my ramus being longer than the other right in front of ur face

It’s not your ramus lenght. Put your finger under your ramus and see if one of them curves more inward than the other.

No its definitely ramus length i can physically feel the difference in the lengths when i touch them both
