Judging from your side profile alone you don't look bad. I wouldn't hardmax if i were you, you don't need it. The only thing that really needs improvement is your chin, for that I would suggest volufiline. if you really want to take the surgery route i would suggest chin fillers or implants, but again I really wouldn't if I were you.
