What surgery do i need?

Is there any mandible expander device, or do i need sarpe surgery and then braces? I also have overbite. Maybe i could get surgery paid by insurance (sleep apnea or breathing problems) because of my teeth situation? I have a meeting with a famous sleep apnea and maxilla surgeon, that maybe could do insurance paid surgery, if my case is extreme enough. But i must sleep at his sleep laboratory for 1 night, and make x rays also.
I have a very narrow small face, just like my narrow mandible and palate.

I dont think you can get sarpe, your upper jaw seems wider than the lower jaw wtf

Therr is a surgery to expand/widen your lower jaw though, but its extremely risky I need to find the name again
