if you don't have a bite issue most of the surgeons won't do bimax but if you can find someone who'll do it, it's worth getting a consult done.

It depends. For example double jaw surgery may make your jaw look wider from the front, but it's not guaranteed it might have no changes in the front , so you should talk about it with your doc. The best way to improve your jawline from the front is using fillers. Here's an example of someone who used fillers and showed it on this forum.
