What surgery do you get for high set gonions

As you can tell they make your jaw look narrow but it’s not an issue with the mandible width itself but the gonions height. So do you get a skeletal surgery to lower the gonions and increase the jaw height or do you widen the jaw underneath the gonions with filler or implants? Whats the surgery route here?
