He is just lean.. His jaw is not that great from front. I have same issues as this guy. My jaw looks great from side profile but very narrow from front. That is probly caused my long midface.

He was just bloated before and he got lean. His jaw is still narrow and long.

3.Short ramus.

Or it can be a combo of these 3.

Its def not caused by recession for sure. I was never mouth breather and my face is not recessed. This probably caused by forward growth + midface from genes and not from mouth breathing. Thats why long face chad exist.

I have same issue but reduction is possible if you have thin lips and long nose tip. I have both of these things and they make my mid face longer than it should be.
