What surgery for my philtrum

I destroyed it wether with clothespin or filler. It was always a litte big but less than that.

You cant fix the philtrum unfortunately

Edit: seems like I was wrong as @one job away has mentioned a surgery called "lip lift"

dunno, i have a similar philtrum tbh. if you have narrow face + defined philtrum that's longer than 15mm it's over.

there is no surgery for that. best thing you can do is get an lip lift to shorten the philtrum

It sticks out as well? I made it stick out so much with a clothespin to stretch my folds jfl. Or filler migration, idk

You can have it shortened. They cut part of your lip away, slightly below your nose. The results are quite noticeable. It’s called a lip lift.

yes, but my jaws are receded so it doesnt stick out that much

What about a surgery where the surgeon just cuts it of and creates a new philtrum? Or maybe just dissolve the filler thats in there?

yes, but my jaws are receded so it doesnt stick out that much

they dont do that from what I know. with philtriums theres very little options. Your main issue is the mouth and philtrium ratio...making your philtrum look too long. If you shorten it which you can do that will fix most of your issues.

they dont do that from what I know. with philtriums theres very little options. Your main issue is the mouth and philtrium ratio...making your philtrum look too long. If you shorten it which you can do that will fix most of your issues.

You need to create a much bigger jaw to compensate for a philtrum that long.
