I know i am subuhuman right now but what what can i ask to ramieri and what movement i need? More genio or more mm bsso?

If you already got genio. I’d leave your lower 3rd alone. Only so much you can do with bad bones base. Maybe zygo implants + jaw implants + Rhino as your nose is wide for your pheno and looks uncanny.
