What surgery is best to increase maxilla projection?

I want to fix my recessed maxilla, but I don't see how a bimax would help given that this only moves the bottom part of the maxilla. Surely this wouldn't create forward projection? Therefore, which surgery is best to achieve more forward growth?

if you want the top part to move you need lefort 2/3 which almost no surgeons would do on non deformed patients your best bet is midface implants after bimax/lefort 1

anything is possible with money. if I recall the price for it is around 40-60k (lefort 3)
