What was your original size and what is it now? Fillers are either temporary (fat) or permanent (some kind of material, I forgot the name). They basically rot within your penis and eat the flesh from within or something, they're just toxic to your penis overall. There's a dick surgeon online who's active on reddit, going through his posts will tell you more. And penuma is bad because most people get it out after a time, and it can easily be misplaced after it's been installed. And of course it will never feel as natural as a normal dick. Plus the whole encapsulating thing is also related to rotting your dick flesh or whatever. It's basically tissue damage.
