bimax isn’t applicable here. He should do exclusively lefort one to max out maxillary forward projection. This is limited in bimax because the mandible has to balance the upper jaw to create an ideal bite which limits the forward growth capacity of the lefort one, after he just needs to balance the chin region with either an implant of calcium fillers

changes nothing, bimax alone would give adequate chin projection here anyway, his issue is the maxilla, bimax is a surgery for your bite which limits the amount that they can move your maxilla forward (the main aesthetic change op needs). This is why bimax barely ever gives meaningful maxilla projection in patients with an overbite as opposed to lefort one alone where they can achieve max projection.

the standard 'just get a tri/bimax bro!' is also completely fucking ludicrous, 99% of these people have no idea how brutal a bimax actually is, usually 6 months of braces beforehand and after, months of drinking your food through a fucking straw, swelling that makes you subhuman for 6 months and normal after a year if you’re lucky and a price tag that is only justified if it's for genuine health reasons or serious recession (usually goes hand in hand) all for - in this case - a rather minimal aesthetic benefit, almost purely in the side profile. Even lefort 1 alone is pushing it, let alone trimax

op you should do lefort 1, rhinoplasty, orbital fat grafting (upper and lower) + infraorbital implants as well as calcium fillers/ implants (if you're willing) in the zygos, chin, jaw

What do you think I should prioritize?
The costs are a major bummer bro. I’m going to have to wage slave maxx so hard to be able to reach MTN status.

if money's a problem just start with ca fillers (semi permanent) they last around 2 years for about $500 a year if you get a pretty significant amount, then you can do the high roi stuff like rhinoplasty and lefort 1 once you've got the savings. Forget the implants if money's a big constraint or just get them in your late 20s/30s if you're dedicated

A lot of these operations seems to have not huge results looking at people online. I guess all together though they would add up. What do you think would cause the most improvement?
