you cant compare lefort or plastic surgery to roids,
lefort will improve your health in the first place, and can also ascend you slightly,
while roids and plastic surgery is basically only for aesthetic reasons

for me it´s my bite, its not ideal and also my teeth, they are crooked,
just go to a ortho and look what he says, i had 2 differnt orthos tell me i could get a surgical procedure, but one said get invisalign for 8000€ xd,
