What surgery/surgeries would ascend me the most?

This is one of the most recent pics I have from at the gym not looking for surgery body wise or anything i’m talking about face. This is most recent pic I could give for a reference as i’ve stopped taking pictures of my face lately as I can’t bare to see it. For instance right now i’m currently on 425 mg of test hence why i’m so bloated and high body fat right now as i’ve gained about 30-40 pounds since starting. As i’m eating like shit and not eating within my diet as I once was because i’ve been slacking. But tell me what would you all recommend i know you all couldn’t probably give me the best advice as the bones in my face aren’t as visible since I have such high body fat right now.

cant really tell. it kinda looks like your nose is not the ideal nose for looks but cant confirm, fuckass lighting.

yea it’s shit lighting but here’s another picture for reference even thought they are like 3 months old but my nose is actually big asf

sure, so if youre not confident about your nose, get a rhino. id suggest like a greek nose. Also your jaw looks a bit narrow. so implants or like a orthognathic surgery, depends on you. and a palatal expander can help too, but maybe not a lot.

yea i’ve thought about rhino but was just testing out a whole bunch of stuff to see if i really needed it or not and my jaw is actually wide, because i was born with a wide skull which isn’t ideal but i have so much body fat that I can’t show any of my strong features off like cheekbones and jaw area

maybe youve got super strong zygos too then. that second pictures angle just makes the jaw seem, a bit narrow. but bro im not saying you should do rhino or any other surgery. but if it makes you happy, do it brah
