Rhino + wrap around + maxilla. Could also be trimax. I would say these are implants.

We need to see front. Surgeons manipulate pictures and often only show the most flattering angles. You can slap a huge wrap around implant on someone's face and make him look great from profile, while it looks too big or bloated from the front.
