My nose bridge is not a problem. My tip and nostrils are, ik tiplasty exists but is there a surgery specifically for the shape of ur nostrils? My width is fine it's really just the shape

depends on why ur nose is fucked, septoplasty, rhinoplasty, alarplasty can all help but youd have to ask a surgeon
