You mean like low bigonial width; Good Gonion/Jaw angle implants or multipiece mandible

This is to high IQ for me I mean like my gonions are shaped like Sean opry I don’t want to increase the width of it I just want to chance the shape of the gonions is this possible ? Or?

Yes and inward gonion is a failo and I’m trying to achieve a more flared / outward gonion look so which surgeries can help fulfil this as I have big masters and inward gonions which kinda makes my lower third look weird
