thumbpull while you can or get an mse extender, you have a jaw on the narrower side and it gets harder to fix as you get older

look at the photo where hes showing his mouth, he is 29 and had that big of a difference, you could do it if you want to but you prob wont stick to the routine

Yes but you can just do it before bed and you will still see results
