true vertical eye asymmetry is almost always due to differences in your orbital bone or soft tissue. no amount of "stretching" or wearing a mouthguard will move a bone that's fused when you were a kid. if it's a bony issue you need craniofacial surgery or an orbital rim/floor implant, which are major and risky. if it's just your eyelids sitting unevenly then an oculoplastic surgeon can even them out with bleph or fat grafting. either way get a proper diagnosis (CT/x‑ray) from a qualified surgeon; random bros on the internet can't fix this.

It depends on why one eye is higher than the other, if its just because of your orbitals placement then get orbital rim implant or orbital floor reconstruction.

If its not a bone issue (more likely) then bleph or fat grafting are better (if its just ur eyelids being weird)

One solution please!

It also depends on how bad it is. If it’s really bad you’ll need something like this which is really risky

Its really easy to fix eye assymetry btw

Fix sphenoid by mobilizing the suture through stretching, moving temporal bone up and fixing overall body posture

wear a mouthguard at night also

How do you stretch to fix the sphenoid?
