You read the title. What surgery do I need to go from left (current) to right? (barley morphed)

All I did was widen my face on Hyptic. Subtle change but big difference imo so how can I achieve this.

the photo is distorted. You should be taking a minimally distorted photo.

Measure your IPD and bizygomatic width.

IPD at 65mm and bizygomatic width at 14.3cm are the ideal values.

The only way I've seen these values change, is with OBO/facial bipartition.

I also saw the distance between your ears changed which is impossible to fix with surgery, as it is a fixed value.

I don't think palate expander will change the bzw significantly but I might be wrong.

To widen the neurocranium you can get implants. For lower brows, drop down supra implant can fix.

i thought hgh and test helps provide additional bonemass during puberty combined with bonesmashing and getting enough nutrients from a raw diet wouldn’t that improve it
