It is unfixable upper maxilla recession - advancing the jaws further fucks the harmony. So this “average” profile is as good as it gets, I think.

It’s essentially Botox brow drop, infra implants, bimax, and a chin implant (I believe my chin is not a candidate for genio downgraft, due the sheer height required).

side is the foundation of a good front IMO, it doesn’t have to be perfect at all but needs to at least not show brutal recession
