What surgery would this be?

I went to the orthodontist a few months ago and they said my top row of teeth didnt overlap my bottom row and they dont think its possible to fix with braces and that i might have to get surgery done but didnt mention any name. My maxilla is fucked anyways and im assuming its lefort specifically lefort 1 but im not sure if it is that.

do you know what type of lefort it would be or does that not matter. I doubt theyd bring my mandible back considering it isnt projected and i mean i hope its bimax but i doubt my country would fund it considering i dont need it

If it's your maxilla that's recessed, then it'll be a LF1.
