What surgery would you do first?

Hello Guys.. I am curious as to which surgery should be done first assuming you have done all the prerequisites.

You are a 26 yo nomie guy who notices that he can increase his chance of getting girls by some surgeries to enhance his looks.

What would be the first surgery assuming you have not the ideal nose, jaw is okay but not strong.. Chin is fine but not great.. NORMIE

True! Nose can totally destroy you. I thought Nose job would be the first surgery I will get done but someone said that rhino should be later after major ones like jaw and cheek etc. like an ugly nose isn't getting any better. However, a nice nose may give more prospective on what else needs to be fixed,

What’s the best way to find out how you want your nose done? Do you just show him a picture of a nose you think looks good? Does the surgeon show you a morph of it before he does it?

Some surgeons do show morph, but they are highly unpredictable. Trick is to go to a good surgeon who has a good porfolio. You select a guy who looks like your face shape and stuff with the best nose and that you want something similar.

Unpopolar Opinion: MSE is ovverrated.
Except for rare exceptions, the facial growth is more important the width, also doesn't mean that widening you palate you will look better, because i want to remind you that zygos increase just 6mm each (laterally, not forward).
You risk to become bloated with a huge palate, finally you need to increase you lower jaw, does mean you need MSDO, does mean increase only chin, does mean you need to increase gonions after all that.
