lets say you had 10k (tax return) and wanted to spend it on a surgery... with these falios what would you opt for...
notes; i always look bloated and have never looked defined, people here diagnose me with sfs and i could be htn if i got bimax. my theory of why im ugly is a combination of bad development from lack of nutrition and sleep causing me to be more juvinile looking and not dimporphic.
flaws as follows.
short chin
nct
narrow palate
crooked nose (from sides)
i think i would get a bimax and save my money, though i work a wagie job rn i have barely any payments so i can afford to save
