For the jaw, looks like it'd be a jaw-angle implant, slightly straightening and lowering the ramus. For the chin, genio. The nose, rhino of course. The eyes, a small canthoplasty, I suppose? For the lips... I don't see a huge change in all honesty, but maybe some lip filler? I would stay away from touching the lips in this instance, they're fine as is. I mean if I was this guy I wouldn't get anything to be honest.
