What surgerys do i need , for a eye area like elias de poot?

Hi, after my rhinoplasty, I plan to have surgery to get a mogger eye area. What procedures are necessary to achieve an eye area like for example Elias de Poot's? I’d appreciate any help or advice anyone can offer.
