What surgerys does my side profile need

Current plan is
Testosterone.
Hgh
Bone graft from forehead to chin.
marpe.
Trimax.

Thoughts?

But, yeah, trimax, a bunch of grafting and implants. Orbital decompression, lower lid retraction, and maybe other oculoplastic stuff. Some type of submentoplasty or lipo might still be necessary after trimax.
You probably won't do as much. And you would only end up looking kind of decent if everything went well, which, considering the amount of surgeries, is quite unlikely. That said, partial improvement (e.g. trimax) might be enough to make you stand out within your God-forsaken ethnic group.

By the way, you seem to be balding (diffuse thinning), so hopefully you have that under control with the usual medication (finasteride/dutasteride, minoxidil), especially if you're going to pin test.
