What surgery’s should I get to improve my eye area?

I know people say I should get Canthoplasty, blepharolasty, and fat graphs, but is there anything else I need? Also, would a Canthoplasty fuck up my ipd since I have close set eyes?

No those surgeries will be good. Add ptosis repair surgery and you’ve got mogger eyes

Why ptosis repair? Just looks like hollow supraorbitals to me. Classic UEE
