definitely jaw implants to get angles and to get rid off the circle face shape. lip lift, minox on eyebrows. your eye area would mog if you had dark dense eyebrows like me or deathnics. i also remember from your old posts that your browridge is too ogre from side, so i would try to correct that to balance the rest of the face, but definitely do it once everything else is in check.

also low ltn is too harsh for you, your eye area and lip fullness saves you kinda. with your base theres a big room for improvement.
