Im new to Hardmaxxing and have no Clue which surgerys to do. Genioplastic and Bimax is something I have Looked into a Little Bit but nothing Else.

What about a genioplastic? Isnt it needed due to bimax?

i suggest not getting eye surgery espacially for ipd, its prolly the most dangerous one, has a very high botch rate, stick to what they said but if you want eye surgery you should get fat grafting, i just saw a huy who had a very bad eye area and turned into gandy
