What surgical procedure would be right for me?

I'm not quite sure what my weaknesses are, although I do have a few ideas. For example, I don't think my philtrum-to-chin ratio is ideal, and I'm wondering whether a vertical sliding genioplasty would benefit me. I also have slight UEE as well as some scleral show, and what I feel is fairly poor under-eye support leading to dark circles.

I've had consultations with a few surgeons already, but each one tells me something different. Any insight into what aesthetic weaknesses you see, as well as which procedures might be most effective would be greatly appreciated.

canthoplasty and custom brow bone implant will be the best things to do. your lower third is very short which messes up the facial thirds
